New Group Leader - Track 2 - Apprenticeship

Welcome to Life Group Leader Apprenticeship! When Christ hand-selected his disciples, he didn’t go after the elite, and when God uses men and women in Kingdom work, he often does so despite their weaknesses. We aren’t looking for perfect people, but rather people who are teachable, and who model well what it looks like to live fully dependent on Christ.  

In the same way that Jesus taught his disciples in the flow of life, we desire to build you up to lead a life group through a training process with life-on-life training as an apprentice with your current life group leader if you've never led a group before. Often what holds people back from leading is that they don’t feel equipped, or haven't had a chance to practice, which is what we desire for you to have gained at the end of this process. Each apprentice will train with their life group leader for as long as is needed, depending on your past experience and your readiness to begin your own group. 

Here are the steps to complete the apprenticeship process:

• Let your group leader know you are ready to begin
• Complete the Spiritual Inventory and review the results with your group leader
• Complete the apprenticeship training
