About this track
Thank you for taking a step of obedience to BUILD UP and SEND OUT by leading a TJC Life Group. Life Groups are the first step of discipleship and they are crucial to grow as a disciple of Jesus. You will be doing much more than just hosting a weekly Bible study. You will be furthering the Kingdom of God by shepherding those in your group and helping them grow in their love and understanding of God.
We have designed this training process to build you up as a group leader. The first step is to complete some pre-requisites to be a leader at TJC.

- Meet with the Director of Community or the Discipleship Pastor
- Covenant Member of TJC
- Spiritual Assessment
- Member of a Life Group for at least 4 weeks
- Background Check
