About this track
Individuals in the DEPLOY stage are ready to be sent out.
Entry into the Deploy stage of the Sending Pathway includes those who:
- Can explain the details of God’s call on their life
- Can communicate how God has developed and prepared them for their calling
- Can illustrate how God has used them in their calling
Training in the Deploy stage will focus on sending. Courses and training will prepare individuals for:
- Serving in a ministry at TJC
- Starting or serving in a ministry that meets a need in the community around TJC
- Cross-cultural service
- Long-term international missions
- Bi-vocational/Co-vocational ministry
- Serving on a Plant or Replant team
- Other avenues for sending
