About this track
Individuals in the DEVELOP stage will be built up in order to be sent out.
Entry into the Develop stage of the Sending Pathway includes those who:
- Know God has called them to gospel ministry
- Know God has called them to be more involved in a ministry at TJC
- Know God has called them to join a church plant or replant team
- Know God has called them to international missions
Training in the Develop stage will focus on “Leadership Development” and “Development in your Calling.” A personal develop plan will be created to help prepare you for your calling. Courses and training may include:
- Hermeneutics
- Perspectives
- Church Planting or Replanting Courses
- Let the Nations be Glad - John Piper
- When Helping Hurts - Steve Corbett, Brian Fikkert
- Gaining by Losing - JD Greear
- You Are Sent - Nathan Sloan
